Hey,hey,hey readers!

I just want to share to you guys about our Home made pizza pie recipe. It was not my idea to do home made pizza but because it's boyfie's favorite I chose to do it. Anyway, we don't have the exact ingredients, taste or even the size of any commercial pizzas downtown but we tried on our own taste. I want to share to you how we do our home made pizza and honestly all the ingredients are instant - instant buy to the grocery. hahaha

Materials:

1. Pizza dough - bought it to one of the bakery downtown. Luckily, it's still available.

2. Pizza Sauce - it's also available to one of the grocery store downtown.

3. Cheese - we didn't buy mozarella or any other cheese that local pizza store use. Instead we prefer the cheaper cheese.

4. Ground beef - sauté it with chopped onions. Any onions will do,it can be red or the white/yellow one. Then wait till it turns brown.

5. Hotdog - instead of ham or pepperoni we used hotdog as an alternative. Any size or shape will do, it depends to what you prefer.

6.Bell pepper - to add flavoring and also aroma to your pizza. You can also add mushroom, olives, and even pineapples if you like. But I prefer to use bell pepper and it's affordable as well. :)

7. White onions


Steps:

1. Spread the pizza sauce on the dough. Boyfie is doing it for me so I thought I might as well took a picture of him doing it since it's his favorite food.

2. Grate the cheese and spread it on top of the pizza sauce

3. Add the ground beef. If you love to have an overload of beef. You can also do it. In here I only use 1/4 kl of ground beef.

4. Add the hotdogs.

5. Add the bell peppers. Sizes of bell peppers depends on how you like it. It can be on strips, cubes etc.

6. Add the onions and slice it like a shape of a ring.

7. Lastly, grate cheese on top for final brush up. :) And taadaa there you have it ready to be baked.

8. Preheat oven 160-170 degrees and wait till turns brown.
