I've been thinking to change my "Unhealthy Habit" to a healthy one. I'm gaining so much weight that most of my clothes won't fit me anymore. I'm thinking of doing tae-bo or zumba to help me become physically fit. As you all know, tae bo is an aerobic exercise, a combination of martial arts boxing and dance moves, it builds muscles, burn fats and increase coordination. It's fun and you'll never find it boring coz it's accompanied with music.

On the other hand, zumba is a latin inspired cardiovascular exercise which also helps you lose weight. It involves different dance choreography and also accompanied with music of different genre. Same with tae bo, you'll never find zumba boring.

Another thing, my friends suggested that going to the gym is effective too, but I find some of the gyms here expensive and I'm broke for the past few days. I'm saving for something important that going to the gym is not a priority. So yeah, I think the best alternative to lose weight is to do tae bo or zumba on my own.
